A calendar needs the reason behind the date.

Calendar Intelligence is HCW’s area for understanding what a date means within the case. Parenting events, financial obligations, recurring requirements and order-related deadlines need more context than a title on a calendar. The public application remains in prelaunch.

A scheduled exchange is a plan; a completed exchange is an event. A payment reminder needs the underlying amount, frequency and requirement. Calendar Intelligence relates timing to the source, responsible person and preparation or follow-through that gives the date its significance.

The requirement gives the date its meaning.

An obligation should identify what is expected, when it applies, who is responsible and where the requirement comes from. Its source may be an order or another relevant case record. Ambiguous language needs review rather than an invented date or interpretation.

That is the practical meaning of “Time, in context.” A date remains connected to the matter so it can be examined alongside the order, communication or financial record that explains it.

A scheduled exchange and a completed exchange are different records.

Parenting-time review can require the expected arrangement, a change agreed in messages and documentation of the actual event. A missed confirmation does not establish a missed exchange. A calendar entry alone does not show the child’s experience.

Financial and recurring obligations need the same distinction between expectation and documented completion. An exception or later correction can matter as much as the original entry.

Timing matters before a hearing and after an order.

A hearing date can prompt preparation questions in Case Compass; a recurring obligation can supply context for Return Within. The calendar’s relationship to Case Brain helps keep those tasks tied to the relevant history.

Supported event actions, reminders and synchronization will be confirmed for the release. HCW does not offer a universal legal-deadline calculation. Check dates and interpretations against the controlling order, current rules and appropriate professional advice.
